1. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship tahini within Israel. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Orders are typically shipped within 1.5 weeks or less.

3. What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns. However, we do offer refunds if there is proof of damage upon delivery.

4. What should I do if my order is delayed?
Once your tahini is shipped, any issues with delivery are handled by the shipping company. We recommend contacting them directly for assistance.

5. What payment methods do you accept?
You can make a purchase using credit card, PayPal, Bit, or Paybox. If you prefer to pay in cash, please note that an additional fee of 25 shekels will be added.

6. Will I receive a confirmation when I place my order?
Yes, you will receive a message confirming your order.

7. Can I change the shipping address after placing my order?
You can change your shipping address by contacting us before your package is shipped. You may also contact the shipping company to request an address change.

8. How will I know when my package is arriving?
The shipping company will send you a message on the day your package is scheduled to arrive.

9. What is the shelf life of your tahini?
All of our products have a shelf life of one full year.

10. Is your tahini kosher certified?
Yes, all of our products are fully kosher certified.
